Description of the lodgings: The hotel Smrčina * * * is situated at a foot of the Black Mountain at a height of 800 m above sea level, 1 km away from the Jánské spa. It lies at the margin of wood and good accessible from the road.
The hotel offers the accommodation in 2 – 5 bedrooms. All bedrooms have one’s own social facilities (WC and a shower bath). Guests can borrow the TV/SAT.

"Winter activities: The region offers excellent conditions for skiing. There are several ski lifts in Černý důl. A large ski area is Černá hora is 1 km away. The Black Mountain peak can be reached by means of cable car. The region offers good conditions for cross-country skiing. Many marked and prepared cross-country skiing tracks are situated around our hotel. The lending office (ski, sledge, snowboard), course of skiing, evening skiing (19 – 21.00 o ´clock) and the ski lifts for children and other. Summers activities: Hiking, mountain biking and bathing in covered swimming pool. There are many marked tourist routes for hike, but also for bicyclists. Guests are encouraged to visit the surroundings tourist attractions, for instance ZOO with Safari in Dvůr Králové nad Labem, Trutnov, Vrchlabí, Špindlerův Mlýn, Dvůr Králové – ZOO, safari, Hradec Králové, Kuks, Náchod etc.
