There are a bedroom, a living room with TV, an equipped kitchen ( a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee-machine, a table, radio), a sanitary facilities (private WC, a bathroom with a bath) a sauna and a washing machine in the ground floor. There are four bedrooms with TV in the attic.
Guests can spend a nice time in the garden by sitting, playing skittles, swimming in swimming pool. We keep bikes in safe.
Parking: in closed court.

The village Studnice is situated in Drahanská highlands, in a boundary of three regions Blansko, Vyškov and Prostějov.
In the village is a shopping centre and two pubs.

Sports activities: 100 m from the object are tennis courts and basketball-ground, cyckling, walking, an aqua park in Vyškov 16 km, a dam Plumlov 20 km, a pond Olšovec in Jedovnice 15  
km.
