The hostel Městské lázně is situated in the centre of town Hradec Králové, on the right bank of the Elbe River. The building is very old; it dates back to the 18th century. The most modern establishment of this sort in Czech Republic was founded here in the year 1933. The architectural interesting structure of this building was pronounced as a shrouded object. The object was rebuilt in the year 1998. The final cost was 160 million crowns. Cultural self-realization: The Klicpera’s theatre is round the corner. You can step out onto tower that overlooked the whole town; the famous gothic cathedral of Holy Spirit and the baroque church of Ascension Day of Our Lady. In the early evening you can walk along the romantic town alleyways with arcade or visit the modern pedestrian zone in the city centre. You’ll do some shopping at the shopping centre Carrefour, Interspar, Tesco or Hypernova.
