"Boarding: the restaurant in the pension
Sanitary facilities: rooms with WC and shower bath.
Description of lodgings: The new arranged rooms with new furniture, parquets and carpets; the cable TV with twenty channels, radio and phone with trough dialling. Guests can use a restaurant with delicious domestic cuisine, the saloon for closed party, (family celebrations and business meetings). In summer, guests can sit out in the garden. The dogs and other pets aren’t welcome.
Parking: Parking is at the locked parking-site (the courtyard) or in front of the pension.  
 
Visitors can also use a hotel Princ (total capacity is 9 beds) that is situated in Dolní Kounice."

The pension is situated in the undisturbed part of the centre, not far from the square. The guide boards are located on the light poles.
Cultural self-realization: The sightseeing tour round the historical part of the town, the continual exposition of the actor Vladimír Menšík and of secession artist Alfons Mucha. His Slavonic epopee is located in the Moravský Krumlov castle; Interesting romantic ruin of gothic cloister Nebeská růže (Rosa coeli) and the Judaic synagogue and ghetto in Dolní Kounice; the park Central Pojihlaví, the ruin of stronghold Tepmplštejn and the Wilson’s rock.
Sporting self-realization: Biking, there are many cycling routes round the pension, tennis courts, the new sporting area in Nová Ves 3 km away, squash, swimming pool, ninepins etc. The open-air pool in Zbyšov is 12 km away and the reservoir in Dalešice is 20 km away. The horse riding is available.
